Channels are all about raising awareness among customers about a company's products and services. Helping customers evaluate a company's Value Proposition. Allowing customers to purchase specific products and services.

In this section, you will think more deeply on how your company will reach its customer segments.

Communications, distributions and sales channels make up a company’s interface with customers. Channels are customer touch points that play an important role in the customer experience.

Channels serve several functions including:

  • Raising awareness among customers about a company’s products and services.
  • Allows customers to purchase specific products and services.
  • Provides post purchase customer support.

 

Questions to be asked:

  • What are the places (Online and Offline) most frequented by your target group/ customers.
  • Trough which channels will you reach your customers? (This will change according to your target group)
  • How much will the cost?
  • Which ones work the best?
  • Which ones are the most cost effective?
